CANCELLATION POLICY
-Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be required to reschedule their appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. -A cancellation fee of 50% will be applied to any appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time or in cases of a no-show. -Rescheduling within 30 minutes or less of the appointment will incur a 60% rescheduling fee. —If the card on file cannot be charged for any applicable fees, the outstanding balance will be held and must be settled before scheduling or receiving any future appointments.
